AMM’s commercial customers need vessels tailored specifically for specialist applications.

AMM has a well credentialled in-house design and build service and has successfully completed commissions for high quality plate alloy vessels in applications including fast emergency response vessels, beach landing barges, work boats for the EPA, charter fishing vessels and even electro-fishing survey boats.

Ordinarily, only slight modifications are needed to our production hulls to achieve fully compliance with various marine survey classes.

However, it’s in tailoring the vessels to suit specific work roles that AMM is clearly the stand-out performer. We take the brief, assess the requirement, prepare the design concept, confirm the design specifications, achieve client approval, progress construction through intermediate and milestone inspections, undertake sea trials, achieve certification and then undertake the final hand-over and briefings – all within the agreed budget and production schedule.

The final product is backed by more than 20 years of industry leading, boat design and building experience – every one of those years under the AMM brand.
